Seeking a professional Recruiter who is dedicated to becoming a key player at large mortgage company. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of increasingly responsible and directly related experience in recruiting; experience recruiting for the mortgage industry is desired, but not required. Temporary position (3 month) with possible long-term, permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8/8:30AM-5/5:30PM. $16.00-$20.00/hour, DOE.
The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive, review, and log resumes
Assist in writing job descriptions
Qualify applicants, including processing background checks and verifications of employment
Maintain inventory of qualified candidates
Utilize computer program to log and maintain applicant/candidate data
Coordinate with hiring managers
Scheduling and appointment setting
